Archiving Policy

At Anakara Publishing, we are committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of scholarly works. Our archiving policy ensures that publications remain freely available, discoverable, and citable worldwide.

Digital Archiving

  • Immediate Archiving
Authors may archive any version of their work—submitted manuscript, accepted draft, or final published version—without embargo.
  • Author Rights
Authors are encouraged to deposit their works in:
    • Personal or institutional repositories
    • Discipline-based or public repositories
    • Other open access archives appropriate to their field
  • Permanent Identifiers
Archived versions must include a proper citation of the original publication and its DOI, ensuring a clear link to the official Anakara Publishing version.
  • Digital Preservation
Anakara Publishing makes use of widely recognized open access infrastructures such as Zenodo for long-term digital preservation and citation tracking. This is not a formal partnership but part of our open science implementation.

Printed Copies

While Anakara Publishing prioritizes digital preservation, printed editions remain an integral part of our publishing model.

  • Availability: Printed copies are produced alongside digital versions and distributed through direct sales, author requests, and library deposits.
  • Archiving: Printed books are not part of digital archiving systems. However, authors are encouraged to deposit physical copies in university libraries, archives, or research centers to increase visibility and access.
  • Author Copies: Authors receive complimentary printed copies of their works depending on the selected publishing package. Additional copies can be purchased at cost.
  • Preservation: Physical copies placed in libraries complement digital repositories, ensuring long-term preservation across both print and electronic formats.
